Using claims, census, and community data, the tool quantifies care gaps by geography, gender, race, and income. It pinpoints non-adherence, payer rejections, and untreated populations, enabling targeted interventions at the zip code level. Results highlighted higher non-adherence among males and regional blind spots. The dashboard integrates predictive risk scores and a “next best action” framework, allowing clients to address inequities systematically.
