Ipswich Art School, High Street, Ipswich, Suffolk Specialist overhead fabric tension shading Ipswich Borough Council contacted us to consider the feasibility of shading the display area below a very tricky high level octagonal glazed atria. They were booked to display a number of historically important artefacts and art from a major collection through a Central London Museum, but the display area’s light level exceeded that permissible by the client. We installed 6 TESS 140 fabric tensioned motorised horizontal roller systems, as well as 4 bespoke self- supporting triangular stretch ceilings in opaque fabric.
