In order to reduce natural gas utility consumption, RAPID BOILTM was used to increase effective surface area heat transfer within the hot water piping and components. Merante Manor primary space and domestic hot water heating is provided by one natural gas mid-efficient 600,000 Btu/h Superhot brand boiler. 1% RAPID BOILTM was injected into the 2019L system on November 20th, 2016. All monthly natural gas meter readings were provided by Mainstreet Equity. Monetary savings were confirmed by Mainstreet Equity’s CFO. RESULTS Trial Period Calculated Natural Gas Usage
