Tech Mahindra partnered with UD Trucks to implement Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) SaaS as part of their digital transformation and logistics modernization. The project replaced UD Trucks’ legacy logistics system with a cloud-based TMS to manage outbound logistics across Japan, Thailand, and South Africa. Tech Mahindra’s experienced team applied global transportation best practices, automating logistics processes including order management, shipment planning, execution, freight settlement, fleet and yard management, and transportation intelligence. The solution integrated with Project44 for enhanced visibility and IBM MQ for system connectivity, enabling UD Trucks to improve operational efficiency, real-time shipment tracking, and global control of multi-modal transport operations.
