With such a strong commitment to their well-being, teaching and supporting 8,300+ students is taxing in the best of times. Add the challenges of a pandemic and it’s exhausting. Like most school districts during the pandemic, Duluth Public Schools in Duluth, Minnesota was caught in a vicious cycle. Growing employee stress and anxiety led to burnout, departures, and more stress and anxiety.
