Background Jim’s Royal Heating & Air had been in business for over 40 years, but wanted to earn increased share in a competitive market. Objective The goal was to get noticed and create interest. Being in business for 40 years but still hardly recognized, it needed to find a way to reach the community in a big way. The company decided to re-brand itself by changing its name and purchasing billboards to spread the word.
