In order to understand more about the people working in two of Relative Insight’s oices - one in London, one in Lancaster, we analysed and compared the language used in each oice’s non-conidential chat channel. London Lancaster Talk of Business and work 18X The London team were 18 times more likely to mention business related work, particularly matters to do with existing clients, and marketing. All in this together 6X Team members in London are six times more likely than those in Lancaster to use inclusive language such as ‘us’ and ‘we’ rather than ‘he’ or ‘it’. Ralph are inviting us all to their next Bunk O! London likes to party! 9X In London, the team are nine times more likely to talk about parties, and organising social events for the team.
