A global financial services firm adopted Achievers’ employee experience platform, integrating Connect™ to foster belonging and connection across its dispersed workforce. Connect™ uses smart algorithms to pair employees for coffee chats with icebreaker prompts. Initially piloted for onboarding new hires, the program expanded to support mentorship, leadership development, and breaking down silos between departments. With over 2,240 participants in some rounds, feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The firm plans further integration with Microsoft Teams and will use Connect™ for employee resource groups and professional development initiatives.
