STRATEGIC BRANDING GRUNAU – SERVICE RIGHT CHOICE PLEDGE To streamline Grunau Service’s diverse array of tools and capabilities into a single promise that customers could easily understand and that held meaning and value for them. Also, to develop a brand identity for Grunau Company’s service division that would be recognizable for customers and prospects, and would enable every employee to talk effectively about the mechanical contractor’s service division. Grunau Service customers and prospects, and Grunau employees across the company’s service, mechanical and metals divisions. The Bottom Line team met with Grunau employees in the service division and facilitated a discussion about how Grunau compares to competitors and how the company is viewed in the market.
