Rush University Medical Center Rush University Medical Center implemented ScriptCenter for express prescription and OTC pickup to provide greater access to employee prescriptions. The ScriptCenter pickup kiosk offers an additional prescription pickup option for employees, regardless of when they are working. Many employees, especially those working when the pharmacy was closed, found it difficult to utilize the on-site pharmacy. The administration and pharmacy team knew the value of capturing additional employee prescriptions and the employees appreciated the added benefit of 24/7 prescription and OTC pickup.
