Digital Realty implemented the Denodo Platform for data virtualization, replacing most of its ETL workflows with a more agile data integration approach. Denodo provided a unified data abstraction layer across multiple, distributed, and heterogeneous repositories, enabling real-time or near-real-time integration of business data as needed by operational systems, analytics, and users. This accelerated data delivery, created standardized data views for internal and external applications, and improved data governance by centrally managing business rules and policies collaboratively between IT and business stakeholders.
