Four Housing own and manage 5,000 properties across the North East of England, stretching from Redcar and Cleveland to Berwick upon Tweed. Anglian Building Products secured their first contract with Four Housing in 2013. The client was suitably impressed with the work undertaken which resulted in an additional 100 houses being awarded. Three further contracts were then successfully secured through sealed bid tenders and the total work carried out was valued in excess of £1m. Works were carried out on two storey flats and houses whilst residents were still in occupation. The residents were regularly kept up to date throughout and reassured that any disruption would be kept to a minimum.
