Fenwick: Building on the Fashion Empire - Case Study - Brands2Life CHALLENGE A quintessentially British jewel in the crown was opening its first department store for 14 years – a brave move for any retailer, given caution around consumer spending. The opening needed elevating above the chatter about the struggles of retail on the high-street and how only lower end, mass market brands were thriving. APPROACH We decided to focus on what set Fenwick apart from other retailers. We got into the brand and immediately noticed that shopping in a Fenwick store was one of the most relaxing shopping experiences out there.
