The Federation of Organizations, a non-profit providing health and wellness services in NYC and Long Island, migrated from DocuWare’s on-premises solution to the cloud to enhance remote work and automate workflows. The cloud solution integrated with their Abila MIP Fund Accounting software and automated tasks like document distribution and invoice approvals. With increased automation, the Federation efficiently manages operations remotely. Future plans include expanding workflows and digital forms for onboarding, streamlining operations to better support their limited workforce.
