The Challenge Procure4’s Fat Face Ltd. is a high street fashion retailer with over 190 stores within the UK with turnover in excess of £150m. Fat Face had a steady growth program within the UK and Procure4 was engaged to complete a review of their supply chain. This review was created to ensure that the optimum structure was in place to meet the current and future requirements of bought in goods and services (not for resale).
