Farmers Business Network, a company helping family farmers, previously used a flat allowance and fuel card for driver reimbursements, leading to tax waste. Switching to the Motus FAVR reimbursement solution, they reduced tax waste and saved $170,816 annually. The transition faced some initial resistance, but once drivers experienced the benefits, including higher non-taxable reimbursements and automatic mileage capture via the Motus app, the program became a success. On average, each driver now earns $1,272 more per year, and Farmers Business Network plans to expand the program to Canadian drivers.
