The telemedicine program now supports 87 virtual care locations, 731 providers across 36+ subspecialties, 65+ languages, and more than 3 million session minutes, with 5,000 employees trained. Virtual nursing—first launched in the NICU—improved discharge efficiency, reduced nurse workload, and cut turnover by 46%. Over 12 months, outcomes included 30% fewer readmissions, 27% shorter stays, faster admissions, improved ED throughput, and a 5% NPS increase. The program enhances access, quality, and staff satisfaction while establishing telehealth as a core model for scalable, future pediatric care.
