To support large-scale obesity treatment, IQVIA implemented a digital-first Patient Support Program for a pharmaceutical client. The program addressed onboarding, adherence, and patient engagement through a self-registration portal, educational email campaigns, injection training videos, and satisfaction surveys. Trackable communications enabled real-time feedback and continuous optimization. Managed by a lean support team, the digital PSP delivered scalable, cost-effective support regardless of geography. Over 1,275 patients enrolled, with more than 97% positive feedback and over 10,500 educational emails sent. The initiative demonstrated how digital engagement can maintain personalization while enabling rapid scale.
