Access Healthcare was chosen to implement a robust order entry system, aligning with the company’s vision of delivering seamless and timely patient care. Phased and Aggressive Transition: A backlog of 90,000 orders led to combining Phases 1 and 2, necessitating simultaneous go-live for both phases, and coordinating 100 resources posed a significant challenge.
