Oxford Road, Luton The Client Elements Europe worked with developer GolDev Ltd to deliver 199 student Room Pods to the first phase of their student accommodation scheme on Oxford Road in Luton, Healthcare Development Services Limited were the projects main contractor. Project Description: 199 Student Room Pods Elements Europe manufactured en-suite cluster bedrooms with shared kitchens as well as Studio Room Pods. Studios offer students the privacy of a self- contained room with open plan sleeping, studying and kitchen area, studios also incorporate an en-suite bathroom. All Room Pods were manufactured in 11 weeks and on-site delivery commenced early May 2014. The project will be completed by the September 2014 student intake.
