Project Description: 158 Bathroom Pods (Phase 1) 332 Bathroom Pods (Phase 2) Elements Europe has manufactured and delivered a total of 490 bathroom pods in two phases to this student accommodation scheme in Lincoln. In phase one, the client approached Elements Europe with a very short lead time. Elements Europe’s teams worked closely with the client and the University of Lincoln to execute the project in the short time period provided. This project proved that offsite construction methodologies can be relevant to refurbishment projects as well as new build development
