1 PagesHarbourne, Birmingham The Client Elements Europe worked in collaboration with the professional team at Edmond Shipway to deliver 67 high-quality Room Pods on behalf of Golden Cross Properties Ltd. The scheme was successfully delivered following the original main contractor’s withdrawal from the project due to programme concerns. Project Description: 67 Student Room Pods The three-storey accommodation is located in the Harbourne area of Birmingham close to Selly Oak Hospital. The rooms were rented out to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students who attend the local University. The project successfully delivered a 67 bedroom student accommodation complex, the Room Pods all with en-suite bathrooms and segregated kitchens were designed according to the specific requirements of the client.
