Trusted Innovative Independent Edinburgh Salmon Company, Dingwall Key Project ACE Refrigeration completed a contract to supply energy saving refrigeration equipment for a new factory extension of the Dingwall-based salmon processor, Edinburgh Salmon Company (ESCo) in June 2012. The expansion was necessary to cope with an increased demand for its smoked, cooked and fresh salmon and trout. Supplying a wide customer base throughout the UK and Europe, the company has a turnover in excess of £30 million while employing around 300 staff, making it a substantial employer in the area.
