As well as producing their own brands, Scottish Sea Farms exclusively produce the LochmuirTM brand of salmon for Marks & Spencer. The Project ACE Refrigeration was delighted to help Scottish Sea Farms when they wanted to expand their operations at South Shian near Oban. We were responsible for a new Chill Room, Production area and Dispatch Chill. In addition to the newly installed refrigeration element of the project, ACE were also able to provide the site with free hot water to wash down their production areas, crucial in a fish processing plant.
