A truck stop and restaurant, located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains off Interstate 70. The package plant is made of carbon steel coated in epoxy. It consists of a four-chambered rectangular tank with two separate compartments for pre-treatment/sludge storage (trash trap tank), flow equalization (anoxic tank), biological treatment (SBR tank) and effluent equalization.
