Dolwyddelan, Affordable Housing Project The Client Established in 1974, Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd is a North Wales charitable Housing Association. Tai Clwyd provides rental housing to people in housing need with an emphasis on young families and elderly people. Tai Clwyd approached Elements Europe Ltd after learning about Ty Unnos Modular, a sustainable residential housing system manufactured off-site from indigenous UK spruce timber. Project Description: Modular Housing Solution Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd owned the 1-acre former forestry site overlooking the valley in Dolwyddelan and earmarked it for affordable housing.
