Project Description: 300 room modules The 21 storey residential tower with a modular value of £30m is set to be one of the tallest modular residential builds in the UK. Elements Europe will manufacture, deliver and install 300 room module which will make up 112 one bed apartments, 39 two bed apartments and two three bed apartments. Each apartment will be manufactured as two separate modules and joined together at install stage.
