Project Description: 356 Student Room Pods Located on Hull Road between the University of York campus and the City Centre, rooms at the scheme will be rented out to both undergraduate and postgraduate students studying at the University. Elements Europe manufactured and installed 356 en-suite student Room Pods, as well as common rooms, kitchens, studio apartments, a management suite and plant rooms to the five-storey building.
