Specifcally Leiceser City Council requiredcolumn mounted disribution units for easy insallation and connection of various motifs and fesoons. The council wanted to upgrade the exising sysem of ABS plasic boxes mounted onto columns as there had been issues with water ingress that caused the lighting circuits to trip.
