Our first program, Strategic Leadership @ Dell, was conceived as a core building block of Dell’s overall Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) high-potential program. This targeted program seamlessly integrated with Dell’s leadership competency framework, and was designed to develop leaders’ personal insight (emotional IQ) and collaborative skills with on-the-job activities and experience.
