Microsoft sought to gather detailed insights from cloud computing power users and decision makers to inform the launch of a new product using Azure Cloud Services. They aimed to collect competitive benchmarks, market-entry insights, integration needs, and pricing parameters. To achieve this, NewtonX employed a Qual-Quant-Qual approach, conducting in-depth qualitative interviews followed by a large-scale quantitative survey with 50 experts. This strategy provided Microsoft with comprehensive data, enabling them to refine their product strategy and build a white paper. Microsoft praised NewtonX's ability to rapidly source niche experts and provide valuable insights.
