An Opportunity for Wellbeing to Make a Daily Impact CVS Health’s 2018 acquisition of Aetna led to the merging of employee groups and benefits programs just as the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the daily lives of their workforce, many of whom spend 8-10 hours on their feet as front-line essential workers. Since Aetna had an existing relationship with Grokker, Tenney’s team — already in the process of exploring more holistic, actionable wellbeing programs — decided to expand the offering to all CVS Health colleagues to help them cope with their higher stress and added responsibilities.
