Client: Sheboygan County Location: Sheboygan, Wisconsin Donohue was retained to plan and design this roadway reconstruction project along a three mile corridor in the Town and City of Sheboygan. The corridor begins in a rural portion of the Town of Sheboygan, transitions to a residential area, and ends in a fully developed commercial / multi-family residential area in the City of Sheboygan. Numerous alternatives were developed for the roadway and non-motorized accommodations. Ultimately, the non-motorized accommodations are a reflection of the urban density.
