Continuous long term managed support and ongoing value-added process improvement
The District, serving over 850,000 people across 555 square miles, migrated from EBS to Oracle Cloud to enhance payroll and transform talent management. As an early adopter, the District selected eVerge in 2017 for optimization and ongoing support, leveraging new Cloud functionalities. Over four years, eVerge supported Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and Learn modules, recently implementing Cloud HCM Learn to replace outdated training solutions. Future plans include deploying Cloud Recruiting and Talent Management in 2021. The District successfully transitioned to eVerge Live managed support.
