Construction Work Plan and Long Range Plan Studies Client: Public Utility District No. 1 of Ferry County POWER prepared a load forecast, long-range plan, construction work plan, and environmental report to meet RUS guidelines and secure RUS funding for Ferry County PUD in northeast Washington. The PUD’s system consists of one mile of 115 kV transmission line, 56 miles of 34.5 sub-transmission line and 845 miles of 12.47 kV distribution line. A load forecast was developed based on historical records, and Washington State population projections. The 10-year long-range plan was developed using Synergi software for Ferry County’s sub-transmission system and 14 distribution feeders served from six substations.
