Regions Bank partnered with Fiserv on community-focused marketing campaigns to drive digital engagement through products like Zelle®, CheckFree RXP®, and TransferNow®. These campaigns, which donated $1 to charity for every qualifying transaction, showed increased digital product usage, with transaction volume, active users, and user retention all improving during campaign periods. The bank saw significant growth, particularly in millennial and Gen Z demographics. Compared to peers, Regions outperformed in transaction and user growth, demonstrating the effectiveness of cooperative marketing.
