Colovore, a Silicon Valley colocation provider, turned to Vertiv to meet extreme high-density demands, deploying liquid cooling with Liebert® DCD rear door modules. Supporting up to 50 kW per rack, this solution enabled fully packed racks with no wasted space, cutting cabinet needs and floor space while lowering operating costs. It improved cooling efficiency for AI, big data, and HPC workloads, dropping PUE to 1.1 at 50% load—well below industry norms. Colovore also standardized on Vertiv UPS, CRV cooling, rPDUs, and monitoring, ensuring scalability. Recently, it expanded to a 2 MW facility and is building a 9 MW liquid-cooled data center.
