Claremont Colleges - Cadmus The Claremont Colleges have relied upon Cadmus for more than 10 years to help meet their on-campus green building, sustainability, and energy efficiency needs. Cadmus has provided high performance building support, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ® (LEED) certification for 11 new buildings and energy audits/sustainability assessments for over 70 existing buildings on the Pomona, Pitzer, and Harvey Mudd campuses. This work has included energy, water, and sustainability auditing to support efficient facility operation; central plant commissioning; a central plant chilled water loop expansion; cogeneration analysis; district heating and renewable energy feasibility studies; and ventilation analysis.
