CASE STUDY CENTRAL LONDON OFFICE REFURBISHMENT Air Options was appointed to undertake the supply and installation of a high grade multi- storey o&ce refurbishment, located in central London. The installation comprised the supply and installation of multiple Samsung DVM ceiling concealed ducted type units recessed into ceiling bulkheads, designed to be as compact and discrete as possible. These connected to linear type di%users mounted within the bulkheads positioned / aligned to optimise airow as well as co-ordinate with the lighting layout. The Samsung DVM package comprised 2x roof level Heat Recovery (HR) outdoor units working alongside a Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) roof mounted air handling unit. All plant was installed at roof level, requiring road closure / contract crane lift
