Morris Wastewater Treatment Plant, owned by the Water Works and Sewer Board (WWSB) of the City of Prichard, Alabama. To upgrade the facility and meet current regulatory standards, the Prichard WWSB turned to Volkert for the evaluation and design of the needed improvements.
