Business Garden City Warsaw Country Poland Completion 2012 Reminiscent of a spaceship, the futuristic Business Garden office complex built by HOCHTIEF in Warsaw features two buildings. The company was also responsible for the complex’s transportation infrastructure and landscaping. The properties have two underground levels housing utility rooms and parking facilities as well as five floors above ground. While one of the buildings is exclusively devoted to office space, the other additionally accommodates conference rooms, a business hotel, and restaurants. Completed in December 2012, the project has been registered for certification with the LEED green building label.
