BAE Systems Underwater Weapons Division - a world leader in the design, development, production and through life support of advanced underwater systems - has licensed PRICE Systems H and HL (Life Cycle Cost Model) software since 1989. The Division needs to generate accurate estimates of projects in their early conceptual stages (e.g. feasibility study, project definition and bid support) with a minimal amount of hardware information.
