BACKGROUND Construction of a mixed use retail, residential and office development located at North Melbourne in Victoria was completed by Hickory for CBD Development Group. This major project included 299 apartments, a Woolworths, 12 retail outlets and offices and 600-space carpark. Residents’ facilities include a communal rooftop garden, private landscaped plaza, shared office space, dual cinema rooms, entertaining lounge and gym. Krystol Group provided Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) concrete admixture and Hyperseal Waterstops to this project.
