TM Carbonite in Action: AN AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE Stephen Bernstein lives just outside of Denver, Colorado in the mountains. He’s been using Carbonite to back up his personal computer for quite some time and recently experienced a technical issue that prompted him to call into Carbonite’s Customer Care Team. Bernstein reached a helpful Carbonite Customer Care representative who took his time to fully understand the problem. Bernstein explained that several of his files were no longer being backed up and the support rep asked permission to remotely take over his computer.
