ALDGATE HOUSE, LONDON DECEMBER 2016 33 Aldgate House is an office refurbishment of two floors. The design of the system incorporated a number of Kooltech K-Con bespoke products. These products provided a number of solutions that were of benefit to the end user, including comfort and safety benefits. The brief of the design was to provide simultaneous heating and cooling VRF systems in an open ceiling layout. The project also included the refurbishment of existing AHU's; adding cooling coils with Mitsubishi Electric condensers and AHU interfaces. This was all controlled by a AE200 controller which was interfaced to meet the client's BMS system.
