Formed in 1846, Lemvigh-Müller (LM) is the largest supplier wholesaler of steel and technical installations in Denmark. For close to two centuries, the building trades have relied on LM for tools, supplies, steel structures and technical building materials. The Challenge Faisto had to create an exemplary customer experience. At the front end, that meant guiding consumers quickly and easily to the optimal products for their needs. At the back end, the website needed to integrate with Faisto third-party applications including SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); inRiver product information management (PIM); and AltaPay payment processing.
