No normal 9–5 Northwell Health is the biggest private healthcare provider in New York state, with just over 66,000 employees. And it’s growing fast, advertising over 10,000 roles every year. But these jobs aren’t for everyone. The company needs exceptionally compassionate and dedicated people to work in demanding and often emotional environments.
