The scheme comprised of the construction of 24 dwellings consisting of 11no. 2 bed houses, 7no.3 bed houses, 1no.4 bed house, 3no. bed bungalow and 2no. 1 bed flats. The dwellings consisted of a timber frame and cladded with a brick outer skin. A number of the dwellings had rendered panels and Cedral weatherboard. All dwellings were stick built on site and had high levels of insulation. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the ground floor level and ground storm water attenuation systems were implemented across the site. In the middle of this housing scheme a small playground and grass area was created for the children. We carried out a community benefit scheme for Aldreth Village Hall. We replaced existing kitchen facilities and installed brand new kitchen units. • Built
