ScyllaDB, written in C++, fully exploits these modern hardware capabilities, providing up to 10 times lower latencies and up to 2.5 times higher read throughput than Cassandra. It also completes tasks like data compaction far faster, eliminating compaction backlogs that Cassandra users often face.
