Contact centers are stuck between a rock and a hard place: PCI DSS compliance and the available technology. Meeting the required standards is difficult when the current MFA solutions available simply do not meet requirements. To further complicate the situation, the new PCI 4.0 standards that will take effect in March 2024 have been published, and they are even stricter than PCI 3.2.1.
